TRUST & SAFETY COMMUNITY STANDARDS

PROTECT THE
PADDOCK.

Trackside-Techs is built for professional opportunity. These standards protect technicians, teams, shops, recruiters, and the credibility of the network.

01

REAL PEOPLE. REAL EXPERIENCE.

Profiles must represent the member creating them. Experience, credentials, employers, race programs, availability, and accomplishments must be accurate and presented without impersonation or misleading claims.

02

REAL WORK. CLEAR TERMS.

Job posts must describe a genuine opportunity. Teams and shops should identify the work, location, travel expectations, requirements, and compensation information they are prepared to discuss. Advance-fee schemes, unrelated sales offers, and deceptive recruiting are prohibited.

03

PROFESSIONAL PADDOCK CONDUCT.

Harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, exploitation, and content that creates a credible safety risk are not allowed. Disagreement is not a violation; targeted abuse is.

04

PRIVATE INFORMATION STAYS PRIVATE.

Do not publish another person’s private contact, identity, credential evidence, résumé, team notes, or confidential employer information without authorization.

REPORTING

SEE SOMETHING THAT DOESN’T BELONG?

Signed-in members can report a public technician profile or job posting from its page. Reports are private, reviewed by the platform owner, and do not automatically remove content.

REVIEW PROCESS

Trackside-Techs may leave content unchanged, request more information, restrict public visibility, close a job, suspend an account, or preserve evidence when safety or fraud concerns require it.
